This place is nice, and has free Wi-Fi, tv, and 24-hour reception. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost ring, which I appreciate. Looking forward to my xmas visit!

The heating worked well and so did the refrigerator.
The Wi-Fi struggled throughout my entire stay. I also found black growth in the shower, off-putting. To top it off, there was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap provided in the room!

I wouldn't stay here again. The staff seemed disinterested. I couldn't connect to the wireless and they weren't very interested in helping. When I asked about a restaurant open for breakfast in the morning they didn't know what time it would open or offer to find out either. The property has not been updated for years. The restaurant listed in the hotel information book was closed and appeared to have been out of business for sometime.

Rundown accommodations, outside and in unit. At$90 incl tax, not a good deal. Noisy air cond unit inhibited sleep, yet uncomfortable without it

Feel very "ripped off" about this hotel. We searched for a hotel in Moab. There was no information that this hotel was actually 1 hour out of Moab. In fact the map of the hotels showed this hotel was in the centre of Moab. I have been using this website extensively around the world for the past two years. This is the first time this has occurred. Not sure if it was the hotel that deliberately supplied the wrong information or the website. I doubt I will use this website again. I don't want to be screwed again.
